Introduction to Mindfulness
In this 8-week introduction to mindfulness course, certified teachers will guide you in practicing various types of mindfulness meditations and will show you how you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily life. Simple, easy to learn, mindfulness practices have been shown to positively impact stress, anxiety and depression, hypertension, wellbeing, sleep, and emotion regulation and more.
Dates: 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10,24, 10/31, 11/6.
