Mindfulness Practice Sessions

Free and open to all!  These sessions provide you an opportunity to practice sitting and walking meditation to deepen, or begin, a mindfulness practice. Whatever your religion, or beliefs, you are welcome to join us in mindfulness practice sessions. No experience is necessary. Basic / Beginner instruction is available. There is no registration necessary. Come as you are and practice silent meditation or prayer in your tradition. Sessions begin with 10 minutes of walking meditation followed by 20 minutes of sitting meditation. Bring your own cushion if you like. Cushions and chairs are also available for your use.
