A Day of Mindful Living Workshop and Retreat

Introductory Workshop – (2 hours) Offers a brief introduction to mindfulness practices, including mindful breathing, mindful walking and yoga nidra. Each participant receives a handbook for home practice, as well as suggestions and resources for on-going practice.

Day Retreat – (5 hours) Begins with an introduction to mindfulness practices and offers longer mindful breathing , walking meditation and yoga nidra sessions. Also included in this retreat is an introduction to mindful eating and an opportunity to participate in a mindful meal at lunchtime. Each participant receives a handbook for home practice, as well as suggestions and resources for on-going practice.
